Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Clients book through your website — no app download or account required. If you're on the Studio plan, they CAN download your branded app, but it's not required.
Can I collect deposits at booking?
Yes. InkRunner integrates with Stripe so you can require a deposit when clients book. You can also allow walk-ins to pay at the counter — cash, card, or online.
How long does setup take?
